Refund Policy

At Zavenco, our goal is to offer you premium products and exceptional customer support. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we provide a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us via our contact page.


Cancellation Policy

Please note that any modifications or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to process your request, as the order may already be in fulfilment. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging. Refunds are not issued for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse. If you return a non-approved item without a valid reason or outside the 30-day timeframe, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please email us within 30 days of delivery at support@zavenco.com, including your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved by our team before you ship the item back. Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Be sure to include your order number and shipping name in the return package to ensure prompt processing. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where items arrive damaged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). If the items are confirmed to be in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from that confirmation date for the refund to be processed. If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed the refund was issued, please contact your financial institution directly.

Refunds are processed in U.S. Dollar ($USD) based on the original purchase. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.


Product Concerns

At Zavenco, we take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products responsibly. Please follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines provided with your product and on our website. Failure to do so may result in damage or injury, for which Zavenco cannot be held liable. Refunds or replacements in such cases will be at our sole discretion. If you experience discomfort when using a product, discontinue use immediately and contact us via our contact page. We will assist you with any concerns or queries.


Damaged Items

We carefully package our products to minimise the risk of damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) with an intact product does not qualify as a damaged item.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email us at support@zavenco.com, attaching clear photos of the damage. Our team will assess your claim and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver all orders promptly, Zavenco cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors during transit. If you encounter delivery issues, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.
